Wartrol Scam or Does it Really Work?

I have a genital warts.. I have plan to buy it. But Im thinking what I should buy.. wartrol, aldara, or dermisil?
Im thinking of buying wartrol because of good review on this website http://wartrolreviews.info

Wartrol is really good. it worked for me after just two applications.

    Dermasil? for warts? This stuff is not for genital warts.

    Also, it is not nice to hide genital warts from a partner.
    Go to a medical doctor. You need to be checked for all STDs. Treated. If you only have warts, then count your blessings and become very very afraid.
