Treatment For Genital Warts

i wanted to see if anyone knows if wartrol is the real deal or just a scam because i check everywhere and everytime someone asks i see that they get an answer saying YES!!!!
but each person that answers also ends up saying the same thing at the end which is :

there are a few spammers on here saying exacly the same best to report as spam.go to your doc/.clinic for treatment.
