Soak a cotton ball with it and dab it on a few times a day. Lemon juice will help lighten the skin without harming it. It also helps on scars. BTW: Wart remover is generally super concentrated Salycilic acid. If you put it on bare skin that does not have a calloused surface like a wart, it will most likely eat through your skin and leave scarring. Please don't try that. Have you tried using peroxide? What is this dark skin? Is it a beauty mark? If so, sun screen is known to lighten the skin. Or try Cetaphil commonly used for rosacea.
