What would happen if I used wart remover on my upper lip?

Written by admin on Nov 29th, 2009 | Filed under: wart remover

im going mad i really want to use wart remover to get rid of the dark skin above my upper lip: no hair there…. i havent done it but would it work to make the skin match my face? i havent even got a wart there.

OMG! Please don’t try that. Have you tried using peroxide? What is this dark skin? Is it a beauty mark? If so, sun screen is known to lighten the skin. Or try Cetaphil commonly used for rosacea. Even try using womens foundation. If you blend it right no one will know its there.

  2. Get a bottle of pure lemon juice (regular strenght, not concentrated). Soak a cotton ball with it and dab it on a few times a day. Lemon juice will help lighten the skin without harming it. It also helps on scars.

BTW: Wart remover is generally super concentrated Salycilic acid. If you put it on bare skin that does not have a calloused surface like a wart, it will most likely eat through your skin and leave scarring. I wouldn’t risk it!

  3. When it comes to wart removal, many individuals make a mistake. That mistake is going with the first removal option that pops into their mind. This is often treating their warts at home.
While you can, easily, treat your own warts at home, did you know that you have other options? Before making a decision, as to which type of wart removal method you would like to use, you are advised to examine all of your options. Doing so will ensure that you choose the wart removal method that best fits your needs.

In addition to using over-the-counter medications, to remove your warts at home, you many also want to think about using a home remedy. Home remedies have been used for ages. Online, you should be able to find the recipes or instructions for a number of different home remedies; home remedies that are designed to effectively eliminate warts. The good news about using home remedies is there is a good chance that you will have most of the needed ingredients, already inside your home.
