I have heard that applying apple cider vinegar to a wart will actually remove it naturally and painlessly. Any idea if this actually works? Ive tried every over the counter wart remover on the market and I need something new!
Try some Homeopathy, it worked for me.

"INGREDIENTS: Apple Cider Vinager
INSTRUCTIONS: I had searched this page and looked up all the most common ways others used to remove warts. I took the top five and gave the list to my brother in law who also had a wart. He decided to use the potatoe by rubbing it on twice a day. I used the apple cider vinager soaking a cotton ball and putting in on the wart with a bandaid and wore a sockto bed. Within a week, my wart that has been there for almost 6 years was completely gone ( a litle scar not big). Itstarted to turn black within the first 2 days of the process and the next week came off. This was 3 weeks ago and his potatoe remedy didnt work and his wart is still there loud and proud. The apple cider vinager is cheap and works so quickly, plus it works in the middle of the night so you can have a normal day. I honestly didnt think it would work and am still completely amazed. Try it! "

Apple cider vinigar and plain vinigar is good for all kinds of things. Acid reflux, indigenstion, bad breath, douch, ear infections, abrasions and host of other maladies.
The thing about warts you need to keep in mind are that warts are a virus. You can spread them so easily its scary. Keep them covered during treaments. If you intend to try vinegar I wojld make a poultice out of cotton soaked with the stright vinegar and wrap it up.

I don’t know about cider vinegar, but duct tape works.

I do not know if that works, but what has worked for me a few times with my kids is cutting a piece of duct tape off and covering the wart with it for a week or so. I was told by a doctor that this closes off the air to the wart and it cannot grow or stay sustained. Nothing else worked , so it tried it. It worked for us more than once. Now I keep a couple strips of duct tape in our travel medicine bag just in case. I know, its funny—duct tape, but it works and its easier than going to the doctor to have it removed and works better over time. They never grew back either.

Clear Nail Polish.
When I was little, my sister had a wart on her foot and kept picking at it. I told her that clear nail polish would cure it. I figured that would at least keep her from picking at it, but it really worked and was gone within a couple weeks and never came back. I’m assuming it works the same as duct tape by cutting off the air supply, but nail polish is easier to keep on and not as noticable. We just put a little dab on it every couple of days.

Just finished a great experience with apple cider vinegar last night. My daughter had a wart on two of her fingers. We tried the home freeze-off kit a few times, but it didn’t work. Over Spring Break, my wife soaked a bit of cotton in apple cider vinegar, placed the cotton on the wart, and then held it in place with a bandaid. We changed the soaked cotton and bandaid each day, but left it on 24 hours per day.
Both warts started to turn black within a few days. Last night we were able to pop them off her fingers. They literally left little divots in my daughter’s fingers where the warts had been. The warts probably would have come off on their own in another week or so, but we weren’t quite that patient. And the way they came off suggests they were done for anyway.
Absolutely amazing how quickly we were able to get a noticeable result (the warts turning black) and then were able to remove them. Obviously we can’t speak to the long-term effectiveness of this remedy, but I’d be very surprised if those warts aren’t gone for good.
Apple cider vinegar is definitely worth trying because it is cheap, fast, and effective (at least for us!).

I haven’t found any scientific studies on this subject, but for what it is worth, there are plenty of people who claim to have similar success with this method:
