if you do a good …
if you do a good job of keeping it air tight, washing it AS SOON as the tape is removed and then rewrapping it immedietly and keeping it on (an ACE bandage on the foot to keep the duct tape from coming off helps if needed.) – using palmolive antibacterial soup or other such soap to clean the wart and so forth – you should see a noticable change in around 2 weeks – tip: after cleaning butbefore wrapping, use extra pieces of tape to “pick up” debris/virus’ by sticking/unsticking then throwing away

if you do it til it …
if you do it til it completely goes away then yes, if you get a new one, you will no what to do befor eit gets to big (after they are all gone initially) and therefor plantar warts (except if internal) should no longer be a problem, your body kills it for some reason when duct tape is used. usually your body overlooks it.

Just suffocate it with duct tape. Leave a piece of duct tape on there for 1-2 weeks, and try to let as little air in there as possible. You should see some results.
