Warts and moles are completely different skin problems. Warts are irritations of the skin resulting in often multiple bumps, and are usually contagious. On the other hand, you are usually born with moles or get them later in life because of genetics. The stuff that your friend is using probably says to not use it on moles because first of all, moles are not a irritation, thus it will be ineffective. Second, on uncontaminated skin, some solutions may cause damage. If the bottle says not to, then don't.

certainly i am not a medical doctor. however, my physicians are always interested in warts because that is one way to determne if cancer is present. so, go to the doctor and tell them to remove it. bet they will do it and probably tell you about cancer. do not be alarmed, i am just merely passing on what my doctors have told me. better to be safe than sorry. good luck

Warts and moles have different causes. I'm guessing the wart remover just won't work on a mole.

Your mole goes a lot deeper then a wart. All its going to do is make it look worse and it may be painful. You're not supposed to use it like that because a mole is not a wart. They don't work the same way. It won't go away. You can't kill a mole.
