Where can I go in East London to get treatment for my genital warts without being examined?
Pills would be best for me but getting rid of them is best.
I believe that most hospitals have a GUM clinic, Newham General definatly has one, but you are going to have to have them seen. They can’t freeze them off without seeing them, and forget about pills, they’ve gotta be frozen off!!! You can always turn down blood tests if you don’t want them, but I wouldn’t advise it, its better to know that you are clear of everything else than to wonder. Call Newham General on 020 7476 4000.
I hope that helps.

actually, maybe England is different from the US, but you have to go have them checked out- they won’t just give you medication for it. And, pills don’t do much… if you go to the doctor, they’ll give you a cream that pretty much burns them off… if that doesn’t work, then they’ll use a lazer or freeze them off… but pills aren’t that effective- and i don’t know of any doctor that will treat you without first assessing the situation.
Good luck, though

no matter where you are in the world, if there is any kind of disease or infection going on, especially in your genital area, it would behoove you to get a complete check up to make certain the disease path ends. Also, make sure to notify any /all of your sexual partners whats going on because they can still transmit the disease to others even if they have no symptoms. If you are a female, you are going to need to get an updated PAP smear to determine what strain of the HPV (HUMAN PAPILOMA VIRUS) you have and to see any abnormal cellular activity. The prescense of warts leaves you at a higher risk of getting cancer. HPV generally can’t be cured, but the symptoms can be treated. So, do yourself a favor and get it checked out just to be safe.

There are no pills to get rid of genital warts. If you are going to be sexually active, be responsible and seek the proper treatment.

Don’t be such a baby & get the proper treatment, pills ain’t gonna do it!!
And don’t have sex with anyone else until you have had them treated, cos’ they are sexually transmitted!!!!!!!

I’m afraid there isn’t a clinic in England that would give a prescription, without looking at the warts. You need to be brave and get them looked at and treated, as they can cause infertility if left.
