Personal experience. I have had HPV for 6+ years. I have had genital warts and cervical cancer from my HPV.
What I have found that works the best is to have the warts chemically burned off. You heal faster. Make sure that you always keep the area clean, even when you are not showing symptoms and take multi vitamins. If your immune system is higher, you are less likely to have a breakout. Also, keep your stress levels down. Stress will increase the likelihood of a breakout. Aldara cream is also effective but I prefer a more immediate approach. I have had HPV for about 10 years so I have learned how to manage my life with it. I don’t have many breakouts now but every few years, I seem to have it again. Hope this helps.
