I was diagnosed with Genital HSV1 (Herpes) I caught it from receiving oral sex. They did not even have a cold sore at the time, but apparently I know now if you get cold sores you shed the virus with no symptoms and pass it on.
I did go through the whole “my life is over” stage, but things do get better and with any luck there will be a cure. I dont understand why there’s such a stigma about Herpes (HSV1 or HSV2) when stats show that 80% of the population have it.
