What’s the difference between over the counter wart removers and dr prescribed genital wart removers?

I’m just curious..was having a man discussion today that was quit funny and there was a big debate on the cures for certain types of issues!

first off the over the counter stuff is for external use only and the meds for genital warts are specifically made for that area. trust me you don’t want the regular stuff in ur most personal areas if it’s not meant to be there. ouch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I would proceed with caution in putting OTC stuff on my genitalia — it burns but will probably work, as it does for any tissue, including but not limited to warts.
