Can you get a genital wart before you ever have sex and can you pass it on? - 3/7/2010 - Genital Wart

I have had a growth that is flat and just looks like a piece of skin on my scrotum for as l can remember. I am a virgin too. Could this be a wart and can I pass it on to someone else?

I doubt its a wart, maybe a skin tag? or sebacous gland?

go get it checked out at a REAL "male" doctor !
