Is it possible to just get one genital wart instead of a couple?

Written by admin on Jun 14th, 2010 | Filed under: genital wart

I have one mole looking thing near my down there but it looks like a mole. it doesnt hurt itch or anything, and its just ONE very small one. It just randomly appeared (been there for a couple of weeks), is it possible to just grow a mole spontaneously?

You should see your doctor if you didn’t have it before. Sometimes vaginal warts are darker in color, sometimes they are flesh color. Sometimes they are invisible to the naked eye. There are many types and many different ways they can look.

AIs it true many people carry the genital wart virus without symptoms?

Written by admin on May 29th, 2010 | Filed under: genital wart

I just realized in the last 2 days i have them.

You think maybe they wont have a problem, or gauranteed they will break out, and have a problem, because I read, that many people carry the virus without symptoms like warts, is this true??

what causes symptoms??

There are over 100 types of papillomaviruses (HPVs) that infect humans. Of these, more than 40 types can infect the anogenital tract (genital tract and anus) of men and women and cause genital warts (known as condylomata acuminata or venereal warts). A subgroup of the HPVs that infect the anogenital tract (genital tract and anus) can lead to precancerous changes in the uterine cervix and cause uterine, cervical cancer. HPV infection also is associated with the development of other anogenital cancers in women. The HPV types that cause cervical cancer also have been linked with both anal and penile cancer in men as well as a subgroup of head and neck cancers in both women and men. Genital warts and HPV infection are transmitted primarily by sexual intimacy, and the risk of infection increases as the number of sexual partners increase
