How long will i be sore from genital wart removal surgery?

Written by admin on Feb 25th, 2010 | Filed under: genital wart

I had some warts removed on Wednesday and they were all around my anal area. However it’s been 6 days and I’m still JUST as sore as I was the day after surgery. I don’t feel like the pain has gotten any better or it has started to heal at all. I was just wondering if anyone knows about how long it takes until I will begin to start feeling a bit better again and can move around/sit comfortably.

if you want to remove warts then you should know that you can remove genital warts by surgery, freezing, laser, acid or cream but genital warts can reappear again and again because genital warts appears when your immune system is weak!

HPV is the virus that causes genital warts. People can be infected with HPV and never show any symptoms. Others will develop genital warts. These warts can stay the same size, grow, or go away on their own. It largely depends on the infected person’s immune system. A healthy immune system means your body may be able to suppress the virus and not show symptoms.

Even after the warts go away, the person will always remain infected with HPV. That person can spread the virus even without showing symptoms.

so you must build up your immune system because your body can get rid of genital warts by itself if your immune system will be strong! so eat more healthy food, more vitamins and more sport activities! (No smoking, no beer/ale, no booze, no drugs, no junk food, no fast food garbage, no sugary sweet soda’s. Get on a good, balanced, healthy diet including plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables.
Drink P L E N T Y O F W A T E R , fruit juices & fat free milk. Snack on lots of RAW fruit & veggies. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk – then – do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. Make sure you eat a good, balanced breakfast daily. You get your energy for the day from your breakfast meal. Get 8 hours sleep each night. Flip your mattress over so it will level out to give you a good night’s rest. Slack off too much coffee & tea) also you must use herbal treatment!

in that case Wartrol is a good (probably the best) product that gets rid of genital warts comparatively fast and makes you feel more confident knowing that they wont reappear again! It works by stimulating your immune system to fight the HPV virus that causes the warts. of course it is better if you use full course (5 months – if I remember correctly).

It worked and still works for me!

I do not know if any pharmacies carry Wartrol but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here

good luck!

How long will it take will to be cured/treated if ur a teen with HPV with genital warts?

Written by admin on Feb 25th, 2010 | Filed under: hpv warts

what are the odds of bing cure/treated for genital warts from HPV if your A teen and have a healthy immun system!if my body clear the virus how much time will it take to be treated for genital warts and not have it again!

There really is no "cure" for hpv/genital warts; since it’s a virus it supposedly stays in your system forever. I have heard though, that your immune system can get rid of it…it really all just depends. The genital warts are more so "treatable", but HPV is the virus that caused them..so that’s what stays in your system. I found out I had HPV/Genital warts in June and was prescribed Aldara cream. I was told to apply it every other night before bed and then to wash it off in the morning when I woke up. I honestly did this for about a week and a half and they were gone. I didn’t have a severe case, just a small cluster but the cream did wonders for me. If you have genital warts they will probably have you try the cream first, if that doesn’t work there are other treatment possibilities such as laser treatment, getting them frozen off like normal warts or even surgery. Those are usually only used in severe cases. Hope this helped and good luck!

I need to know if anyone can recommend a treatment for genital warts that really works?

I personally think the easiest way is by going to the doctor and having them write you a prescription for some cream. Aldara and Condylox are both creams available with a prescription from your doctor. Either one of these can be applied at your convenience at your own home. If you do get one of these medications make sure you read the directions because it can actually cause a person to get 2nd and 3rd degree burns from it, no joke! And, it can take a while for the warts to disappear. I used Aldara about 10 months ago and it took a little over a month for the warts to completely go away.

If this doesn’t work, you may need to have the doctor apply a stronger medication at the office. This is done in several visits, is more expensive and can be pretty painful from what I have heard.

If that still doesn’t work or the warts are severe you may even need to have them surgically removed. The doctor can freeze them off or burn them off. I personally saw this as a last resort and wanted to try the cream at home first.

Do NOT use over the counter products for genital warts. Over the counter products for warts are used on hand and feet warts – not genital warts. These medications can actually irritate the skin even more and burn the skin. The genital area is too sensitive for this kind of medication.

I would suggest going to your doctor as soon as you can. They will be able to help you out a lot better! Good luck to you!

Genital Warts – (212)-644-9494 – HPV

Written by admin on Feb 25th, 2010 | Filed under: hpv warts

Genital Warts (HPV) Overview
http://www.dermatologistsnyc.com

Genital warts, sometimes referred to as condyloma acuminata, are flesh-colored or gray growths found in the genital area and anal region of both men and women. They represent the most common sexually-transmitted disease caused by a virus. The warts are caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). Infection with genital warts may not be obvious.
Genital warts are caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). Over 100 types of HPVs have been identified; about 40 of these types have the potential to infect the genital area.
http://www.nycdermatologist.com
* About 90% of genital warts are caused by two specific types of the virus (HPV-6 and -11), and these HPV types are considered “low risk,” having a low cancer-causing potential. Other HPV types have been strongly associated with premalignant changes and cervical cancers in women. HPV-16 is responsible for about 50% of cervical cancers, and types 16, 18, 31, and 45 together account for 80% of cancers.

* Common warts are not the same as genital warts and are caused by different HPV types that infect the skin.
